Still having inventory issues after mailing items on Thelanis

When I first log into my characters on Thelanis their inventory seems to work ok, and they can access the bank. However trying to mail any items seems to make the character's inventory inaccessible - giving the error message "You must wait a moment before interacting with your inventory again" if trying to mail something, or an error message specific to the item if trying to use a consumable item. First noticed this a few days ago. My alts on other servers haven't had the same issue thankfully.

I am having this issue with one of my mule's on a second account. Very frustrating, and I have no way of getting the items off of the mule to use on my main! Does anyone know what's going on with this?

I can usually mail a couple of items then I get the same bug. I will also sometimes get it moving items to and from my bank. I didn't have this problem until I expanded my craft storage to 295. Could be just a coincidence.
