The thelanis server seems to be down?! Any official word on this please? are yall working to fix this?

What gives?
I was about to start Halls of Shan-To-Kor when all of a sudden, with no warning at all the server drops! There is still the lack of chat, though sometimes the chat server works fine but most of the time there is nothing. No General, No party and no guild chat at all. All other servers have chat working just fine, why is this not so for Thelanis server? I am certain we all want an explanation and not the usual "we are looking into it" mantra.
