Has Anyone experienced this issue?

Hey Everyone,

I have 2 guildies who have lost access to Sharn. Both purchased the basic pack from the store, and had access prior to Covidpalooza. When they tried to enter quests this weekend, they were unable to. So we're unsure if the issue started with the Tuesday or Friday downtimes.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, and have you gotten it fixed?

There are 2 things in Sharn... one is an Adventure Pack (Sharn docks, The Soul Splitter), and the other is an Expansion Pack (Masterminds of Sharn).

They are separate purchases... or did they lose access to both?

(though tbh if they had access before the free everything event, then they should still have it, so that is not good)

No, but I did run with a guy who apparently lost access to Shadowfell Conspiracy. He owned the expansion, but when he tried to enter the wilderness, he got a "Buy now" pop up.
There was nothing he could do, he couldn't buy it, since he already owned it. He tried relogging, but that didn't work, so he had to drop group.

Had a sort of similar issue happen, a while back now, was for Ravenloft pack. And not anywhere near this year.

Anyway, one account had purchased the Ravenloft adventure pack through the DDO Store (Not Market for the Expansion Pack), but every time they ran up to the Mist Portal in House J, they were given a Buy Now screen too. Not only that, the DDO Store didn't have it visible to purchase anymore (because it was already purchased).

This was eventually fixed, when we put in a ticket through to the SSG Submit Help division. NOT the one in game, they couldn't do anything there. It was eventually resolved that way.

But yes, have seen this happen before.
