    Default Paid for Sharn expansion taken away!

    I put in a ticket but given its a holiday weekend I do not expect to hear back before Tuesday if that soon. So I want to put it here, I have come back to this game after taking a break I did not play all of 2017 but came back in 2018 right as the Sharn Expansion was released. I brought the Ravenloft expansion with my built up then Turbine points and used cash to buy the Sharn standard edition. It was only 39 dollars so I did not mind it for the last almost two years I had access to this expansion I have gear and items I would not have been able to get if I did not own said expansion. So imagine my face last night when going with my friends to run some quests and being greeted with a button saying I did not own the expansion and Id have to buy it to access it. Panicking I logged out logged back in changed servers and still faced that you have to buy it pop up. I am not a free to play or premium but I also know expansions have to be brought to access them and I brought and had access to Sharn before you gave everyone access to everything in the game. Now after you did that update taking the free things away I no longer have access to an expansion I paid for. I ended up after having friends wait for a bit patiently re brought the standard edition once again shelling out forty dollars for something I should not have had to. I am not happy about this or the lack of being able to call (Which we used to have as an option) to speak to someone in customer service about this. I just hope this issue can be resolved and hope no one else goes through something like this.

    i know this could be a stupid question but was it a harbor quest. and did you try going into the cogs.

    cogs is part of the expansion so if you can go in there it is telling you you own sharn.

    if you tried the sharn harbor quests those are not part of the expansion and need to be purchased seperately from sharn.

    if you cant go into the cogs i hope customer service will be able to sort it out quickly

    I'm afraid you're not the only one. This is happening to me as well. I discovered it on Thursday and have submitted a ticket. Still waiting for a response that is not automated =/

    Thanks for the replies guys and I did not check the cogs I thought I was losing it because I messed up the year I brought it, it was last year though and I know I ran sharn stuff way before they offered it for free for everyone. So they definitely took away something I paid them for, it was just last year I brought it instead of 2018. I hope customer service reaches out.
