lost 2 character slots

Hi,
I play on Thelanis -
I bought 2 character slots from ddo store
and had 5 from premium
that was amounted to 7 characters
all was well for several years (bought first char in 2011 second in 2015)
at the beginning of sep, i lost 2 character slots
it said i'm no longer VIP and had to freeze 2 out of the seven (was VIP only during the VIP event, the characters were made few years ago for banking purpose)

also, just discovered i cant get more than 800k gold (while premium had over 2mil) :-(

can you please help me with this bug?
