Free Ddo Quest Code

Hi,

i recruted a new Player to ddo while the quests where all free to play. The Free Quest Code was a very nice idea to keep those Players active after the event ended. My friend had an issue with the code tho. Since he enjoys the game, he did spend a few bugs to get a class already, but the code didnt work, so he cant play along with me (im premium with all packs prior to the event).

Since he is new to the game he didnt recon, that the code didnt work properly.

While i talked to other ppl to see if someone else had the same issue, i heared of three other players who also dont have the quests.

Since this is really only noticeable after the end of the event, i think it whould be a good idea to extend the duration of the code for two weeks after the event ended. That way new players who recon something didnt work properly when they redeemed the code, can use it once more and check, if they just had a typo or something.

Which quests are they not able to enter? Sharn and Ravenloft are expansions and were not included in the code, same with Shadowfell and MotU (but those were available for 99 store points and may still be, so hopefully your friends should have those).

Yesterday it was the Borderlands he couldnt enter. I know about the exception of the expansions. He doesnt have any packs redeemed by the code. Therefore i think something went wrong, either on his side, like a typo or something or on the game side like lagg or bugg or whatever.

When did he use the code? It was deactivated at the end of the day on August 31, just like they said it would be. When you redeem a code successfully the DDO store gives you a confirmation screen, and you should also get an email to the account.

Heya,
I made an account for my nephew and I am experiencing the same issue. I used the code well before it expired on a new account and apparently it didn't work. I just noticed it yesterday. Is there anything I can do?
