I don't have info on the upgraded raids from Lamania, but here are some breakpoints for some specific enemies/bosses on epic elite+.
Quests:
Nix/Nox/Box/Cox (WPM): 130+
Gnolls (Just Business): 136+
Tough Ignate (Underlane Assignment): 141+
Priestess of Vol (Temple of Vol): 159+
Raids:
Kor Kaza (Killing Time): 118+
Sor'Jek (Legendary Tempest Spine): 128+
Xy'zzy (Legendary Hound of Xoriat): 130+
Lord of Blades (Killing Time version): 131+
Qaspiel Mistwalker (Project Nemesis): 172+
Not sure offhand exact scores required for all bosses, but this should give a good idea of what is good to go for.
note: this is just what you need to not fail the check to grab aggro. Keeping aggro on you/off of high DPS party members is another thing entirely.
