Running on Thelanis today in Maze today and after killing a champ, I opened the chest and it was empty!?!?!
Never seen that happen before. Kept going, killed and other champ and that chest was empty too.
Kept going, got to the first fixed chest in the quest and that was empty, too.
Then got stuck at the gate that won't open if you don't kill that Agents of Madness.
Tried it again after initially posting and everything ran fine, yay!
