Using a coupon code

Been years since I played last and happened to see something about the coupon code for continued access to some quests. Figured it didn't hurt to use but I don't remember where I go to use the code nor could I find anything in the help section. I also don't remember if using the code will give all of my characters on any server access or if there are limitations. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

open ddo store in game, click on redeem code.

the DDOfreequests code unlocks the packs for the account, like you bought them. that means, on every server for that account.

When you log into the game, open the DDO Store with Control+S, and click on the link to Redeem Code. Enter the code DDOFREEQUESTS into the input box and confirm it. That's it! It'll unlock the quests for your game account, so any character on any server can play it.

I got an error after I used the code. Not able to see any quest from the log. Just created a character last night
