Carceri Storm can we change a spell?

Long time no post and no promise that I will post more than this request. But I have been playing the Frost Lock and I love it, while my main will more than likely stay fire based, I made an alt on both Hardcore and my main server who are enjoying the power of ice. But when I look at the spells we are given I can't help but wonder why the creeping colds and Niacs? Why not give us the one dot line and Otiluke's freezing sphere? Or replace the bugged ice storm with freezing sphere. A simple spell swap would make this build so much better. I am probably alone in this request but I had hoped as I got closer to 20 that it would be an offered spell and when I saw greater creeping cold instead it was very disappointing. But over all this has been a fun warlock build to play.

I think the pact compliments the Enlightened Spirit tree for Warlock tanking, and soloing. When it comes time for bosses , you have 4 dots to use to help single target dps. I liked Carceri pact too. i didnt at first, but it really has lots of goodies.

That sounds great. It would make everyone happy if you could choose one or the other when you get them but that is probably too much. I like the spells and use them but it would be an upgrade. My main problem is I always went sonic before and now have to wait for the Ice Festival or craft to get my gear for this guy so at the time those spells aren't as boosted.

In my opinion, the Druid Winter Wolf, Cold breath and Snowslide or Water Elemental Freezing Freezing Spray and Ice Flowers would be even better.

Just hoping they fix ice storm soon. I cast with scroll-perfect. Cast as my learned spell-dud. I remember reading this would be fixed....
