Veiled Elements feat

Veiled Elements is auto granted to druid at level 13: This is a toggle that hides the base skin texture visuals of elemental forms.

Why does the Veiled Elements feat only work for me?
Why when I activate the Veiled Elements feat all players still see me in my elemental form?

Why add this feat in the game if no one cant see !!??

Because your team will better understand your character if it is a sploosh of water. Hiding the elemental form is to please you. Showing the elemental form to others is to inform them as to what you do.

Maybe, but this stance doesn't remove the water and fire on the shoulders and arms !!!
