    Default Paladin or Fighter

I have few lives as Paladin and recently a fighter as well. I mean i was playing fighter a long time ago but much has changed in enhancements since.
i want to getsome Endgame content with single-class toon, and i can not decide which to choose:
    1) Earlier my votes were for paladin because he had fear immunity - now fighter has it as well in Stalwart tree.
    2) Feats on fighter are huge advantage that paladin can't overcome.
    3) Utilities on Paladin (enhancement like ghost touch and healing possibilities) are huge advantage that fighter can not overcome.
    4) Fighter can be very good off-tank thanx to bastard sword/dwarven waraxe + shield combo, which unluckilly sucks on pally (because no fav weap except if u want to split another 20 pts in dorf tree)
    5) Paladin excels in dps thanx to KoTC tree with greatsword against certain enemies.
    6) Tactical feats of very high dc on fighter (especially sunder and trip) Can be huge advantage in both party and solo playing. Such dc is almost impossible on pally to achieve.
    7) Saves increased by charisma are great for solo, while ability to buff/heal/raise dead are huge bonus while playing in party.

That is it. Any more pros and cons? Any idea which would be more effective in endgame content? I mostly mean farming 31+ raids and sagas for tome rewards and better eq. Please take into consideration that i DO NOT posses very good eq, neither i have any completionists feats. I have all epic trees maxed but as mentioned i only have 3 fate twists (no compl).

    2. It used to be that way. But then they thought that introducing the tactics and M/PRR feats are a good compensation for what paladins get. Which was fine. Until the paladin rework where they gave paladins +20PRR/MRR and +15MP from spells, along with the DC from Divine might. So fighters have to spend to feats to break even on MRR/PRR, 2ish feats to breakeven on DC, and 5 feats to get less MP/Damage than paladins get from Bless and righteous command. So now you're down 9 feats to get the same thing paladins get for free.
    4. Not entirely true. If you don't go T5 in kotc favored weapon hardly does anything (like +4 more dmg nothing), so you can run Bsword or Daxe and not lose anything really.
    6. A PDK pala reaches 150+ DCs on things like direcharge, 140+ on stunning/trip. Enough for No-fail and then some in all R10 quests. Even a non-PDK reaches 135+ (no fail, R10)

Not that fighters are in an awful spot, it's just that unless your going for a R10 raid tank, or a very specific full DPS build, then paladin will probably always be the better choice. Particularly when you account for LoH healing and CAF spamming
