Mark of Shadow: still relevant?

Hello DDOers,

I’m back to the game after a long time away and have always wanted to try out the elven dragonmark chain but I get the impression it has lost its luster. Is there any point in taking elf over wood elf for the Dragonmarks anymore? Specifically considering it on a Paladin for the extra defensive clickies, but may try on a tempest or rogue VKF if it’s still considered a viable choice.

Certain champions on hard & elite can see through displacement as well as some enemies with trueseeing, but it's certainly still a solid choice if you can spare the APs & feat slot for it.
