    Perceptibly the game performance changes in U53.1 did nothing to eliminate: "The chat server is temporarily unavailable.", messages from occurring daily. I suspect TitusOvid is still having to endure this specific Chat server error, or otherwise she wouldn't have been still posting in this thread recently. :-/

    Voice chat still not working for groups... since forever it seems.

    In addition using mail tokens to guild alts is borked. Always refuses to join. Since the last couple downtimes or so...

    A paradigm? Channels for general, trade and advice? Why not combine? 3x less problems no??

    Hi Cordovan, can we get an update about resolving the chat server issues? It's still as prevalent today as it was in Aug 2020 when this thread started.

    If we have news to share on this bug, we will let people know. In the meantime, any information you can provide that helps track this down is helpful, as the number of people impacted is a subset of the whole. In general you can expect some chat-related messaging to occur, but not be unable to type and receive messages in chat. Some of the chat-related messaging is the chat reconnecting or disconnecting during regular game transition, but it sounds like you Titus and some others have issues beyond that. We have specifically looked at Thelanis and other worlds, but do not yet have a reliable repro on this issue.

    Closing this thread as it is just being bumped over and over.
