Is Occult Slayer T5 enhancement Vampiric Bond still bugged?
I remember about a year ago it was bugged and just gave 20 HP instead of scaling with melee power.

Is it fixed now?

Last I heard, which was 2 weeks ago - still bugged.

SSG will fix a bug the benefits players overnight, but a bug about a feature that hinders players? Mate, I still deal with broken ladders on a daily basis.
