Why has my name been taken off the Hardcore 3 leaderboard?

I have all the rewards for HC3. I am no longer active on the server. Logged back to organize etc. Checked list. My name is not there for some reason. SSG, I worked hard to get the rewards and get on the list. Please correct your error. (sent you a ticket from my account)

complete a quest and it fixes it. cordo said they have no real plans to fix it as they dont want to break other things, so only real work around
