Serious Account Issue!

My account has been wrongly suspended. I have tried numerous times to submit tickets and emails to customer support with no response. It's been months now and I want the issue resolved immediately.

I've already PMd Cordo and he did not respond with any possible answers. And I was told the best bet to get the attention from the customer support team was here in this section of the forums. Thank you for your input

Yeah I PMd Cordo and Alkaid, who is supposed to be the head of Customer Support. No responses sadly.

I know you've done all this, just posting it all together if anyone else needs the info. Remember to put in and check a working email address, and that replies are not being caught in a spam filter.
