Chat Rooms Not Working

So, i logged into thelanis, which i've been doing 1/week for a while now, to play with my friend, and my Friends List is blank, and every time i try to talk in chat "Chatting is not allowed in this area" pops up. None of the chat channels work, same message no matter where i go, and i can talk in Party Chat, but my friend CANNOT SEE IT. /tell works, but, that's it. No text comes up when i change areas to show im in a new grouping of channels. Does anyone else have this problem>

My party and voice chats were sporadically back prior to Friday's update. Now they are always gone. Mic test works but green highlight on hp/sp bar not seen and no one hears me.

Also, my shared bank has been unsearchable since the server change/upgrade

And since the Friday update my help menu stays blank.

Used the repair game data option at the login screen last night, no effect.

Please give me back my chats and voice. Game is not fun without the social aspects. Too much like work.

Oof. I haven't logged in in a while, but I do remember not being able to find anyone on the friends list. Going to get on today, but I do hope they've fixed it !

They've been having a lot of trouble with the gaming worlds recently. Are they changing something big on the severs? What's going on?

After a little while it told me that my connection with the Chat sever has been re-established, but my friends list was still empty.

Wednesday's server down time resulted in no improvement (if anything it's worse). Chat still down 100% of time so far (5 groups on two different toons). Shared bank still not properly searchable. Guild chat dead as well.

Fix this or at least act as if you are trying to fix it!

My shared bank account was in working fine when I got on about a week ago. Hope you'll have my luck next time!

This is ridiculous. It's been over a month. Voice chat and party chat are core features of DDO and should be a top priority for SSG to fix.

It is actually insane.
At this point, as clueless as they are on the issue, just give all my characters the ability to transfer for free.
