    Default Inventory Slot Sale Bug

    I just tried to buy all the character inventory tabs since it's on sale. The store didn't update and showed the wrong tab to buy. I clicked on it thinking that since it's still available I still had a slot to buy but it took my ddo points three times and DID NOT upgrade my tabs. I'm down about 1500 ddo points and did not get anything for them. The help option in ESC menu doesn't have anything available for tickets. Please contact me either in email or game to refund the lost points.

    How does someone get help in this game???

    Best way is to contact CS via in-Forum PM system. CS_Alkaid used to be the contact, but he got a new job title - not sure who is now. Cordovan wears many hats, and he should(?) be able to forward a PM to the correct folk.

    (Btw - odds are no one will e-mail you based on a forum post. Just sayin'.)

    Also, double check what you bought. Character inventory, bank slots, and shared bank slots are all on sale right now; so might have grabbed a different one than you thought you did (or it's quite possible the game did glitch and re-sold you the same tab multiple times).

    I double checked, then triple checked. In general chat box it said error three times.
