Loss of cosmetics

So I have a now 3rd life bladeforged paladin.

I wanted the cosmetics this life as I like the spikey ball of pain look


I didnt get the cosmetics like I am used to.

I put in a ticket.

this is the response:
Greetings. Reincarnated characters do not receive the cosmetic appearances for iconic characters. Only characters that are newly made will receive the cosmetics. You will need to create an iconic hero from scratch to obtain the item you are looking for. Thank you for contacting support!





I believe this to be in error or at least poor judgement.

I know that people have put in tickets and gotten the items back in the past, and i would have never destroyed the cosmetics if i realized that i couldnt ever get them back

Just a heads up - if you reincarnate you never get the cosmetics now.

Need a big warning on the cosmetics saying that they are almost impossible to get back if this is the policy

they are btc. i could have saved them if i had known, but u used to get one everytime you tr'd into an iconic

Give the guy his cosmetics SSG! *** it's a DIGITAL GOOD, it doesnt cost anything and YOU"VE DONE IT AS PAST PRACTICE.

Instead, you tell your customers to just. DO BETTER SSG
