So when I first started playing this game I bought the dragonborn race and have a level 11 dragonborn cleric and now I'm not even allowed to play my character anymore. even though i have the character and he is on the server i play on. Who do i need to contact and what do i need to do to get the dragonborn race and my character back!

You don't have more characters then what you have access to atm do you? Say 11 characters and only 10 slots.

Ohh right right right this is a possibility happened to me before.

Another possibility is if you were VIP at one point and then stopped- you will have fewer character slots.
