Just got a Charune, Grand Burden of Fury recently and it is not providing the advertised strength on raging. Fix incoming? Also why is it not raging strength 4? This effect is comparable to quality spell mastery 2 found on other minor artifacts.

Yeah it's broken. IIRC this was brought up in the other thread about the visual being missing on some races. Think we got dev confirmation that the visual issue was fixed but no acknowledgment regarding the missing str
