Experiencing range of Issues: login problems, chat not working, dcs on quest entry

Hey,

I know server is experiencing issue, but pming random friends, their experience is smooth apart from occasional lags. However, Im having troubles login, need several attempts, when I get into game, ALL chats(guild, party, general, world...) are not working, I can move freely, and join parties and enter slayers area, but I get loading screen DC every time I enter quest, relog is not helping.

Would be grateful for every suggestion!

Let me guess, Friend's list missing too? Did you figure out how resolve this or you quit playing?

I've started experiencing this problem a few weeks ago. So far nothing has helped to fix it, other than running the game thru VPN program.

Are you located outside of US by any chance?
