Can't Load my Main Character. Stuck in Load Screen.

It started from a load screen hang going from house Phiarlan to the Airship.
It hanged my PC. Restarted and couldn't load character.
Tried with another character. Didn't load also.
Tried with another character. Loaded.
Went back to main character. Didn't load. Gets stuck in either 0% or 5%.

Noticed ONLY CHARACTERS WHO ARE IN AIRSHIP CAN"T LOAD.

Tried deleting my Userpref.ini file. Tried removing CachePath and UserData folders. Didn't load still.

Any other suggestions?

I tried typing /logout then pressing enter then Escape while stuck at load screen before this all happened. (Someone advised this). Could this be why its broken now?

It was able to work on a clean reinstall.

Must be the airship files were corrupted.
