Cannith Challenge Clarification

Could we please get clarification of the minimum and maximum levels to run the various Cannith Challenges on the hardcore server.

I took a level 10 character today and tried to enter the three Cannith challenges that have lvl 4 difficulties. I was able to enter all three of them on level 4.

Edit: A veteran Hardcore player provided this very helpful information on another thread yesterday:

"Challenges are +4 over what they are in the lfm panel. Start to make a lfm and find the challenge in the list. Add 4 to that level. It is max level 10/15/19 because they are level 6/11/15+ in the lfm panel."

That makes sense since I can take a lvl 10 into a lvl 4 challenge. I just barely made the cutoff.
