Can we please get a Non-Reaper or a Reaper only LFM added? Or, even just an overhaul to the LFM? Simplify the selection of which quests are being/going to be run? The separate Reaper/Non-Reaper would be my first choice.

I don't understand what you're asking for here. The difficulty, Casual, Normal, Hard, Elite, or Reaper, can already be specified.
/signed. Somehow I have to try to memorize what Heroic level the Heroic version of quests are that I never run on Heroic, when I want to list them in my LFM to run the Epic version.
I though it was pretty clear what I was asking for... One window for Elite and lower LFM's, one window for Reaper LFM's
The difficulty can be selected but often isn't (come on, it's just one more thing I have to click on when everyone knows everyone only runs Reaper). I have joined many groups that did not specify Reaper in the description or in the selection boxes in the LFM creation window and was then called out for not being 'Reaper-Ready'. Unless posted specifically in the left-most box in the LFM window, there is no indication of what tier the group is running on.
Since there is a clear distinction between those who run Reaper (and only Reaper content) and those that run only Elite and lower content, there should be different listings for them.
I admit, it's not that much of a pain to scroll through the groups listed (since there aren't nearly as many anymore), but it's still a pain. This would be a simple QoL improvement (unlike shared Reaper xp/past life/ etc).

There are fixes needed to the LFM system. I think a separate window is a poor idea as it means more places for people to look who care less about the Elite/Reaper choice in difficulty and more about let me group with someone in an MMO.
Fixes I think need to happen
1. LFM Quest Selection - the system was fine when we first started and didn't have over 300 options
2. Difficulty Selection not being seen only in a "hover over" - Maybe a color code system for outline - Green, Yellow, Red, Purple (not taking the time to do a single click seems more an issue with being lazy then an issue with choosing)
3. Maybe add LFM default settings - Such as Difficulty and a preliminary "note". Allows people to set difficulty to "Reaper" with a message of "R10" if that is what they run most of the time
4. LFM updates - Have a setting that updates the LFM based on the quest the PL is in - set the quest name and difficulty upon entrance.
5. Don't have LFMs disappear or send Group Full messages when Hirelings fill the slot. Instead send the request message to the PL and let them decide to accept or reject the request.

Totally separate windows? No, that wasn't clear from the initial post. OK, now I understand what you're asking.
It's a bad idea. First of all, it's anti-QoL, since now people interested in either have to swap between 2 separate windows, making it harder to find groups.
Second, it's not going to be accurate, because:
Simply keep the current system and have the new LFM window be for those who don't want to run Reaper.
This brings me back to the days before Reaper when you actually had to post "No ZERGS" in an LFM. Zerging and Reaper should not be the norm, but power-gamers be power-gamers.

No.
Sometimes lfms window is literally empty with 0 lfms, i don't think we need two empty windows.
Also it's only going to be more confusing and less intuitive.
Selecting norm/hard/elite/reaper is enough, what more most of the people who run reaper write in description r1 or r1+, lfms without it are very rare. Whats more if you selected quest correctly and you're inside it it automatically select difficulty in lfm window, so you're 100% sure what difficulty is run by party (tho it does not specify how many skulls). And if you really care so much about difficulty - it'll take less time to send a /tell to a leader than using two windows simultaneously.
I agree current lfm tab is outdated and bad, but change like that would only (imao) make it worse. Just my two cents.
