Unable to check boxes on startup options screen?

When still on the launcher, before entering the character selection screen, I am trying to activate my 64 files instead of my 32, select high rez graphics, etc. My machine is fully capable of running all of that...Core I7, 780m 4gb video card, 16gb ram. My wife's machine is able to select those options and it has similar specs, but I think a 650m video card.

Its odd. I can click on the boxes, but none of them actually check, nor can I see what options ARE checked.

I've restarted my computer, reset the launcher back to defaults, and then re-installed the entire game. Still not able to select/check any boxes.

Any thoughts?

For x64 you will need Windows to be x64 for it to work so double check that.

As for hi res graphics etc make sure your drivers are up to date and you have the legacy files for DirectX installed ---> https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/down...s.aspx?id=8109

Running in 64, all drivers installed. I was able to check/uncheck these boxes a couple months ago, but now its not working. Going to try to fully delete/ininstall the game again.
