Though this is a first time to open to everyone. I can accept that there's nothing changed in this season. but I hope there will be some change like Season 2.
For those who don't know well about Season 2, All of champions were different unlike regular servers' - Coin of Glasya, Dis Battle Lord, Levitus Iceguard and so on... Coin of Glasya Champion can make you turned into a gold for 3 seconds - It's a critical CC. So, For me, Seeing this change is interesting.
About interesting change, I just write anything to see which can be interesting:
* Change can happen one of two sides: Players or Monsters
* Currently Season 3 has a change for players - extra lives.
* Season 2 had a change for monsters - new types of champions.
[Ideas of Player change]
* Spell Echo: In this effect, You lose spell critical damage multiplier(Base 150% -> 100%); but Spell critical will cast the same spell again(So-called Spell Echo). For example, Magic Missile with spell critical will cast Magic Missile again.(but only once per spell.) Scorching ray(3 rays) with spell critical will be 6 rays. Non-damaging spells(like Finger of Death, Otto's dance) will follow Untyped(Force) Spell Critical Chance.
* Delayed Casting: Once you cast a spell, It'll be cast (2+[spell level]) seconds later with a stronger effect. If you cast Fireball(3 level spell), It'll be fired 3 seconds later and will have maximized caster level as well as max caster level by 5. If you cast another spell, Delayed Casting will be cancelled. If you hit during Delayed Casting, Concentration check always fails.
* Reflection of Dolurrh: in this effect, You get Deathblock always, but Deathward on you will be suppressed/dispelled always. Enemies will have this effect as well. You take 50% more negative damage as well as you deal negative damage 50% more.
* Have your own toy: In this effect, Your loot chance to get named items is decreased to -100%. (negative value is meant to prevent Elixir of Discovery) Treasure Dice Rolls are increased by 15.
* Dungeons and Warforged Online: Only Warforged allowed at character creation. (No exception for Bladeforged even.)
* Toxic Elitist: You feel full of elitism. You can enter Elite difficulty always(even if you're not VIP). Once you enter solo/casual/normal/hard difficulty, Your movement speed becomes 1% as well as your jump and swim skill becomes -100.
[Ideas of Monster change]
* We are the champions: Everything is champion. Normal will spawn tier 1 only(there will be no normal monsters), Hard will include tier 2 spawn, Elite will include tier 3 spawn, Reaper will increase the chance to spawn tier 3. (because of this, all players will need to have some bonus like wielding two-handed weapon gives you extra AC or PRR)
* Reflection of Dolurrh: (explained above) monsters and players take 50% more from negative damage.
* Quori-minded: All monsters will not be enchanted: fascinated, charmed, slept, anything! But their will save will becomes 0.
* Kobold hates you: Once you kill a kobold, You get 1 stack of Dead Kobold's Grudge: For 24 hours, You lose all of stats by 1(Max 10) and your maximum HP by 1%(Max 100%). Each stack has an individual duration and rest will not remove this effect; time solves it. Once you have 100 stacks, You die.
* Wait a second, no two!: Monsters will become invincible for 3 seconds when they're about to die. Instant Death will ignore this effect because they will have time to say something by instant death.
