Default Best heroic Armor to level 24

    So I had a question.
I have been out of the game for a while. When I was in, Dragonscale armor was the thing and I have sets of all of them.
I see there is now Flawless armor.

But given that this was 7 years ago, so now I would like to know what is the "It" armor for levels 16-23. Be it named or crafted.

I saw dragon touched but it seems that is way out of fashion.

So what is the new or current stuff?

    Depends on what you run.

I've seen claims from people that they run til 29 in Ravenloft gear (ML 10)

Also there is Sharn gear (ML 15)

Don't recall if Soul Stealer has armors.

they also did a random loot revamp recently so it's possible to get good modifier on it, but that's more or less lottery win.

My suggestion would be to check wiki for named armors and see if any catches your fancy, then farm it.

Personally I wear the Sharn 3pc set including armor from 15-29 (or Soulsplitter set 17-29). Previously I used the Ravenloft armor for most of that range, but with the potential for replacement since the RL sets aren't nearly as good. However the lack of any real mid epic armor often meant I just used the RL armor all the way to 29.

Craft a "Fearsome of Invulnerability", wear that til level 10. At 10 switch to Ravenloft. At 15 or 17 switch to Sharn or Soul Splitter.

There could be the oddball exception to that, like the Frozen Tunic from the House C challenges. Dragontouched has never been good armor. Even when it was state of the art (a very, VERY long time ago), it was almost impossible to make it good because of the giant amount of RNG involved in getting the right runes with the right bonuses.

Ok that is what I needed. Kind of a general idea of what is considered decent armor.
Your right I should have said Armor for a "Fighter" DPS two handed tank.

So I have heard "Ravenloft" armor mentioned often.
Is that armor you get from running the ravenloft quests?

I see the plate armor of the borovian lord. Assuming that is pretty good for a fighter.

depends on what ur going for. that armor is designed for a tank.

the dps armor in ravenloft is the mistladen vestments from freshbaked dreams. u look at the sets. a better one imo though is sharn and enforcers plate from wraithcallers

Part of the Family set from Sharn is the correct answer. If you don't have a full set, just whatever Sharn items you have. As mentioned, the Barovian Armor is tank focused, but it's not terrible. The 5 piece Adherent of the Mists set is good for melees, particularly if you get the DPS pieces, but that's a lot of farming.

For my money, the best armor from 20-24 is Flamecleansed Fury. Second place goes to Order’s Garb.

    And that is beautiful
