Or you can just equip cha in a different slot because not every build needs to have their own custom versions of every relevant item...

There are absolutely no greater boon of undeath items in the game designed for a Warlock, that needs to change.

Probably more useful for a warlock since even on a wizard its only a place holder until you get your artifact, at least on a Warlock you get some benefit from it.
