Default Returning Noob Looking for Permadeath Play

Looking for an active permadeath guild, static group on any server, or permadeath style play on the hardcore league season 3 server.

I rolled some toons on the season three server, maybe its the fact that a majority of the players know all the content by heart, or maybe most folks think fast is faster than slow in the race to cap favor, but all the play I've seen so far is a zerg. Granted its a slower zerg, but with my level of game knowledge its only a matter of time till I die by zigging instead of zagging...

I have previously played DDO only in a permadeath guild years ago, my highest ever toons probably lived to level 6 or so. I found the rules/playstyle of scouting, trapping, aggro control, no spoilers, no twinking, no buying potions/scrolls made even the lowest level content pretty engaging and nailbiting. Even playing carefully, I witnessed many a gruesome death on Korthos and the in the Harbor...That said I would rather die while doing my best not to, than by running face first into whatever hornets nest my group raced into ;-)

I found some guild listings for permadeath guilds, but all are very out of date. Anyone still interested in this playstyle ?

There is a group on Argonnessen called mortal voyage permadeath guild, they should have a thread around here somewhere.

That's a good one, well established.

    Also Extreme Explorers on Sarlona.

Open Guild For All on the HCL has a good variance of playstyles, from soloists to Reaper runners.

    Default Thanks for the replies

I've been trying to track down the old permadeath guilds. MV still has a webpage, for some others I'm finding only bad links and defunct sites, I've rolled toons on several servers and checked social for online members, no luck so far. I don't want to speak out of turn, but from what I can find after a couple three days of poking around, most of the old standbys may be moribund ;-(

Yes, Mortal Voyage on Argonessen is active. I am in it. They have folks on virtually all the time.
