Just set the DC to 140-150 for all these items including the wraps insta kills. Just because they will all just become useless in feywild anyways, give us a few months of fun gear.

We want more Monster Manuals.
I really like the concept of the quest shortsword. A bard / divine multiclass is something I've wanted to do for a while and unless you want to go vistani or drow, synergistic options for swashbuckling are limited. This is excellent as 1) it is a favoured weapon for any race 2) dex to hit is worth having in combo with dex to damage in swash.
BUT I would never make that build for this, as level 27 item scaling wouldn't cut it at cap. Others have said it, but 27 is a really awkward gear level given what follows. Even at 28 these items would be so much more useful (if the quest's level could be bumped up?).
On the plus side, the Cha Raid filigree perfectly complements this multiclass - couldn't have asked for more.
There is quiet ...
My boy there is a light crossbow between the U47 raid loots ... just "Look" and "Try"
Having said that ... here are according to me which will be the most popular cosmetic objects in U47...
THE "Crown of Bone" ideal for a warlock or a pale master who uses necromancy and powerful black magic...
After trying the new dunegon I can say that this hat looks quite familiar...
Ha yes ... now I remember!
Is the Indiana Jonse hat! I would say it is perfect with regards to the theme of this dungeon ... I don't mind much.
Every time you do this dungeon I will always have the soundtrack in my head...
EDIT: For others, I've done some testing on Angelic Vengeance. It does upgrade like the heroic original. From what I can gather:
-If you are lawful (good?) the holy and axiomatic values go to 19d6 each
-If you are a paladin 1-17+ it gains Coruscating 10d6 (light dam on hit)
I haven't tested a pure paladin with it but I assume there's a further bonus for that.
"The sword itself has no moral stature, since it has no will of its own. Naturally, it may be used by evil men for evil purposes, but there are more good men than evil, and while the latter cannot be persuaded to the path of righteousness by propaganda, they can certainly be corrected by good men with swords."

So are schisms going to be used in some future raid? I could of sworn there was a discussion some time back regarding schisms being reused for future legendary raids. Thought we might see something in this update.
Maybe that new falchion? (I can dream.)
Khyber: Ying-1, Kobeyashi, Nichevo-1 | 75 million Reaper XP
To strongly echo what others have said, please give us a raid Falchion.
We literally have zero in end game currently, it would be nice if Wood Elves could play in the 2h fighting bonanza that is the game right now....
Yay, you made an alchemic buckler, and kept the tower shield crystal. sad there is no any customization for them. "toban hammer?" also with Angelic Vengeance would there be a way to give it strikethrough like sun sword and celestia? I think it would be a nice flavor maybe have it work if you have levels of paladin? otherwise great work.
So when I heard about Legendary Lord of Blades, I was excited at the prospect of Legendary Alchemical Weapons.
Clearly, my excitement was misplaced. I'll just keep using my plain-old ML 18 or 20 Alchemical Weapons, since these ML 29 un-craft-able grab-bags of whatever don't even equal, let alone exceed, what I'm getting from my existing ML 18 weapon that I currently use from level 18 through 30.
EDIT: Oh, "actionable" feedback, sure: give Legendary Alchemical the same kind of unique bonuses you can't get anywhere else that Alchemical currently gives. If you can't manage to include what Alchemical gives, Legendary "Alchemical" is auto-fail. It doesn't even need to be power-bloated! I'd swap to Legendary for the mere sake of an extra augment slot (Red+Orange instead of only Red, say)...as long as I'm not losing the real reasons I'm holding an Alchemical in the first place, which is what's currently proposed.
LATER: I mean, who is the audience for these things? Am I crazy to think people who actually already been using Alchemical for years ought to find an upgrade here?
EDIT: There is a discrepancy between the forum description of Stormreaver's Thunderclap and the Lam description. The forum description says, "On a melee strike," while the Lam description says, "On any vorpal strike" However, I tested again, and it doesn't proc on ranged attacks. It is likely the intended change is to include ranged as well, but the change either has been implemented or it doesn't work.

Getting a rune arm to land without saving on high-end content is difficult. Please consider replacing with the following:
Kinetic Lore------->Rune Arm Focus
Quality Magical Sheltering---------->Insightful Rune Arm Focus
2 Pieces Equipped: +4 Artifact bonus to Rune Arm DCs
Ah, for the unaware, Toven d'Cannith's name was misspelled in the flavor text of Toven's Hammer for roughly 10 years, which is why I made Toben's Hammer (it's the runearm of Toven d'Cannith's little known identical twin brother - Toben d'Cannith - obviously). This is also why the flavor text of Toben's Hammer is "The Sequel!"
BUT! Jokes you'd need to have been playing DDO for 10 years aside: it's time for the first annual Tuesday Afternoon Loot Feedback Round-Up Post!
Full disclosure, I'm going to be lying low for a few days for unrelated reasons, and therefore won't have as much time as I'd hoped to catch the fire of the first blush feedback as it happens. That being said, here's what I'll be tinkering with over the next few weeks, in no particular order:
- Make the Legendary Alchemical Weapons more attractive compared to other raid weapons of the same tier. I know deep down inside no one's looking for yet another crafting system, so I'll be doing everything in my power to make this happen without one. The Heroic Alchemical crafting system will be losing a huge chunk of its costs with this update and I'm not going to reverse-course on my goal to remove as much grind from DDO as I can just yet.
- Take a deep dive into the items whose designs were dictated by their heroic counterparts (so the House C stuff in LOB/MA, and roughly half of the loot in VOD). I kept really close to the original, heroic designs, and it looks like that wasn't the best plan. It seems like players from 10 years ago valued different things than they do now - who knew? I have a few evil ideas to make them a lot cooler and I hope you'll check back in preview 2 to take a look.
- Make the set bonuses a lot more attractive - or at the very least, a lot more unique.
- Build a falchion out to drop somewhere in one of the raids (no promises)
- Actually get around to fixing the on-punch stuff that's been clogging up my to-do list for about 2 years now
- Fix those proc rates! Ahhh! 100% is the worst %!
- Switch that longbow over to Acid.
As more suggestions pour in, I'll add more to my list, so don't worry that you're too late to add your two cents.
As a friendly reminder, there's a real human behind this cheerful Black Abbot picture - if you'd like your ideas to be heard, making them constructive and actionable is your best bet. "Rargh this is garbage and isn't worth improving" won't get anywhere - it doesn't help me help you at all. Every loot list ever made has started out from somewhere, and there's plenty of time to make deep and involved changes to basically everything in this list. The entire point of a preview like this is to make changes, and changes are definitely coming, so please add your thoughts and I'll see what I can do. Thanks <3

"Have you tried preproccing feat directory?"
Is there any chance you could pretty please replace the Repair lore with insightful reconstruction?
There is only one epic level named item in game with insightful reconstruction right now and clockwork boots and Mastermaker's fingers both have the repair lore well covered...
If you swap the repair lore for insightful reconstruction you will fill a niche that needs filled!
