I've heard some stories about a half-orc wizard, school of war magic, who would pretend to be a dim-witted fighter in public, to fit in with orcs and later stereotypes of orcs.

Well, since DDO changed to the Plat Standard some time ago - if you are measuring your wealth in gold, you will never be rich.

gold? i thought even platinum was outdated to measure wealth in?
you have to be pretty poor, to still count your cash in gold. even the quests are all about platinum nowadays!

We are on platinumn standard as official fiat currency, but astral shards as the real currency.
so no amount of gold will make you rich.

    but...

1,000,000 astral shards will make you rich.
