[Orien] [Roleplay] The Wayfarer's Haven!

The Wayfarer’s Haven is a small roleplaying guild on the Orien server and we're open for recruitment!

We roleplay in taverns and quests using the in-game text chats, portraying the lives of adventurers with all sorts of backgrounds and motivations.
Outside of RP, we quest at a casual pace, running mostly hard and elite, not bothering much with Reaper or Reincarnation and tend to have more flavorful builds.
We’ve had the guild for almost a month now, and our highest level character is only level 12 at the time of posting this. Enough said!

While we’re free-form in terms of what’s happening and when, we do have a scheduled weekly night for RP on SUNDAYS.

I've been thinking of joining a guild like this for a while now. I find no joy in how most guilds play the game; speeding through dungeons and making their characters whatever the big thing is these days. I prefer a more laid-back approach to the game, making my characters fun rather than perfect. That's not to say I don't enjoy characters that perform well, I just don't like performance removing from the fun.

I've done a bit of roleplay before, but never in a game via text chat, so I'm kind of interested in seeing how things are done and hopefully joining in.

The Wayfarer's would do their event nights on a Sunday (Only reason i know this, is I'm a tabletop RP'er at heart, and I was curious on how they brought RP into DDO, and they gave the time/date so I could watch the interactions. In the instance I saw, they were in the Rusty Nail in the Marketplace).

Sorry to say we're currently inactive and it seems there's a good chance it'll stay that way for a while.
For the moment you'd be better off looking elsewhere. Best of luck, I hope you find a suitable (and active ) guild!
