What happens if my DDO folder doesn't even have UI and then Skins. In fact it has very little options at all. I'm also on the 64 bit client if that makes a difference.

You make the folders :P right click new --> folder then name it exactly like in the picture and in the order shown.

Did you use a script to call ImageMagick on each file or something to change the colors to blue en masse, or did you change them all individually? I have started on a skin, but it is turning out to be a lot of work editing each file one at a time.

I did all 2309 files that I had by hand :P one by one. Batch processing "works" but the quality ends up being a lot lower because applying a single process to every UI element makes some ugly stuff happen. So yeah as said in the OP it took 20 hours to edit everything and make it more coherent but I think it was worth it.

i know this is a very old post, but i was curious if you could fix the alchemist reaction state bubbles. as of now they're just a rainbow instead of a blue outline!
