Help deciphering a build

Hi all. I'm really interested in making an Inquisitive build since I've been hearing a lot of good things about them. I came across this video, which the poster mentioned is an 18 fighter/2 Artificer Inquisitive build, but that's all the info he gives. Was hoping some of the vets might be able to figure out a more specific build for replication purposes. Looks pretty crazy.

Take the feats and enhancements and you should be pretty much set. You will be over flowing with feats so lots of options.

Mmmmmnope. This linked build isn't 18/2 and doesn't have several enhancements clearly visible in the video (eg, Power Surge).
