What is the average drop rate for raid loot in Caught in the Web? I just want to get a general idea before flagging for it.

How long is a piece of string?
The drop rates on say Pinion was/were lowish since it was end game content for quite some time however, having said that everyone's luck is different.

"You are a Tiefling. And a Cleric, with the Domain of the Sun. Doesn't that contradict each other ?" "No, all my friends are playing evil. I found that so boring that I decided to be on the good side. And, besides, Sun and Fire, where is the difference, really ?"

Honestly, I find CitW’s drop rates to be much better than average simply because depending on how many optionals you complete, there are up to 6 chests at the end that can drop named loot.
If the discussion is on "Drop Rate of Named Items - Generic" then I would say CiTW is one of the better Raids.
If the discussion is on "Drop Rate of a specific named Item" then I would say YMMV - better chance if you are running with lots of friendly people that put these up for others when they pull, however, if you run more with people that are "feeding" named items then not so much.
The real trick is getting groups to run this raid. Much like any raid it is just a matter of time. Time that can only occur if you actually participate
Tell me about it, lost count how many times I ransacked those quests trying to get shard/seal.
And then I got both of them one after another.
Random Number God can be really fickle.
Same with Jibbers, ransacked chest on EE many, many times, even spent around 400 AS to re-roll on EE, and nothing, then i go at it at EN and it drops...
