Rune Arms and Sneaking

I think I know what the answer is going to be, but I searched and couldn't find a post like this. Does charging your rune arm, break stealth(sneaking). I would assume so, since it's a loud, glowing, reverberating bundle of bangles, that aren't really quiet. :P

Charging a Runearm doesn't end stealth, but discharging it does. I don't know if it applies a penalty to your Move Silently skill, though as you say, that would seem logical.

Yea, I guess that's what I meant with it having an affect on my move silently skill. The last few quests I ran with my new rune arm, I noticed the enemy bee lining straight for me, but that could also be due to being spotted for other reasons. I so wish they'd fix the iron protector's intimidate and bluff skills....
