Returning player had 5 characters, now 2 are shown as "over character slot limit'

As the title says, returning after about 15 months, login to see 2 characters shown as "over character slot limit." Previously have been a premium player for since the days of leveling sigils...Please assist. I also submitted a bug request, but nothing so far.

Characters in question on Khyber are "Gruux" and "Liaera"

Also, has the Astral Shard limit changed? Is there a max now?

Sounds like you got accidentally downgraded from Premium to Free to Play. Check how many items you can post on the AH (unless you bought it). Do it with a couple trash items (individual Strings of Prayer Beads or something) - if only "1", then that's it.

If so, don't panic, it happens, and is an easy fix, but not a quick one, has to be done on the DDO side. (Normally take a day or three, but it's a weekend (your timing sucks ), so don't expect any response before Monday/Tuesday at the earliest.)

Contact CS via PM (from these boards) - not sure who the point CS is any more (the previous one moved up). I'd suggest Cordovan, but he's got a LOT of PM's to shuffle thru each day.

(Edit - if you plan to play before then, choose your 3 (currently) active characters to be Free to Play - no Premium Races/Classes unless you are sure you earned/bought them!)
