Game freezing for 1-2 seconds every 20 seconds

I'm having this exact issue with a new install on a new computer. Can't seem to find a way around it. Display stutters and music stops/restarts every one or two seconds. Did you ever find a solution?

I posted this and thought I'd try a few Hail Mary settings changes. Well ... I turned off Bluetooth on my laptop and the problem went away. An active Bluetooth connection to my iPhone was causing the issue.

So if YOU are experiencing the issue as described, I recommend disabling Bluetooth.
