I waited 3 days for a response from a gm only to get a message saying sorry you were not online TICKET CLOSED!!!! really I cannot be online 24/7 for 3-4 days for a response. I cannot use any epic destiny points and lost my warlock and its telling me to re buy the warlock this is unacceptable can anyone help

8 DAYS Still no response on email ticket
Still waiting for any response. It has now been 8 days and no response from email support WOW!!!!.

I got the automated response. Just nothing after that. I think that going on 9 days now is a bit excessive and pathetic for a response time to get nothing back but the message that says I submitted it. I have checked spam and have no filters. Originally Posted by Mindos

GM responses have never ever been good.
Actually I think I got a response once in about 20 mins. It was weird.Officer and Webmaster for Fallen Immortals, a guild of Thelanis.
