Is there any sort of indicator where we can find what they are? Actually, it seems even the caster level in the combat log is wrong, try testing it with items for both (that or the TOD savant sets are not working in this regard).

If there is none then we need a per spell indicator of what the caster level is and the cap for that spell, like there is one already for the DC. I mean, if it is already being calculated correctly then a new string with the known variables using the already present toll tip interface cannot be something difficult to implement.
