Can't hear voice chat anymore

Hi,

Just as the tittle says, i cannot hear voice chat anymore, it used to work fine last time i played (which was aged ago) but since i've returned i can't get it to work, i can be heard but i cannot hear anyone, i've made sure that the right devices are selected for voice playback and capture device, played around with the sound slider, launched and relaunched the game several times but i cannot get it to work which is starting to be annoying, anyone got a clue what might be wrong? If that helps i'm using a logitech g933 and windows 10.


Edit : I finally found something that worked, uninstalled the logitech software, unplugged my headset and plugged it to a different usb port THEN reinstalling the software (individually those actions didn't work, but doing both worked somehow). Hopefully this might help someone.
