Looking for an Inquisitior Build

I'm looking for a decent build for a divine based Inquisitor (FvS or Cleric or both) and possibly a solid Inquisitive Multiclass. I am awful at evaluating solid choices myself as outside of a few melee pure builds I've only really played casters.

I'm also only looking at heroic levels, just want a solid build for some tr lives. I do have access to Falconry trees as well as any classes and races.

9 Ranger, 1 Arti and the rest whichever past life you want.

Level 1 take Arti and then your 9 Ranger levels and then take your past life levels. This will probably not get you IPS until 15 or later which isn't great but can't really be helped in this case.

Enhancements you want all the good stuff from Inquis tree (which almost everything), use Harper tree for INT to hit and damage. For stats max INT with the rest in to CON and take all the ranged feats but you will get a lot for free thanks to the Arti level and Ranger levels. Make sure to take Conjure Bolts spell because you will through a butt load of them in a play session.

You could go 8 Ranger, 1 Arti and the rest FvS it would work then. Not sure what the extra level of Ranger would normally get you apart from Improved Evasion and possibly some spells and 1 BAB.

I think you're jumping track here - that would be true of Ranger 9/Arti 2/ X 9, but if it's a "9/1/X 10" split then the "X" can be anything.

If you want more of a Healer build there is Strimtom's FVS Inquisitive build.

As a rule, 100%, but there are some classes that earn an earlier splash.

Fighter can get a key feat a level or two early, and some casters can give some nice early QoL boosts (e.g. FS allows for healing Wands well above the ability of spell use). Rogue 2 gives Evasion much earlier (and means you don't have to worry about Ranger 9). Etc etc - the variables are many.

The key is to not delay any feats that rely on your BAB, and to balance the gains of an early dip against the delay of any Ranger abilities. Beyond that, you're free to tweak as you care to.
