Mouse clicks not working in the world (fine in UI)

Hi All,

My other half recently started DDO and is having a problem where clicking objects in the world sometimes just does not work (IE sometimes right-clicking a target does not sticky target it, sometimes left clicking a switch doesn't do anything).

I've:

• Reinstalled the game
• Copied my configuration files over to him as mine works fine
• Tried both 32 bit and 64 bit game clients
• Tried admin mode of execuables/launcher

The only suggestion this has happened to anyone else I could find on google was people saying it happened on the Mac version of the game almost a decade ago.

Anybody have any ideas?

Hi All,

I don't know if this will help, but try turning off Auto-Targeting by pressing Ctrl-G. Sometimes that lets you stick to whatever you click on better. Also, sometimes when you alt-tab in and out of the game, you lose the "ability" to click and stick on another player or things. I've found if I try to click and them repeatedly, several times in a row, the game does eventually stick. I usually only notice this just after an alt-tab though.
