Exceptional Alluring Skills

Could we please get an exceptional alluring skills item that isn't:

1. A necklace, so it conflicts with the sharn tank set
2. A runearm, so tanks can't use it
3. An orb, so tanks can't use it
4. A caster minor artifact, so tanks can't use it

There's now a trinket from the dryad raid that has this. Also Legendary Compliance from The Age of Rage has it (although this is a helm, so it still conflicts with the sharn tank set)
