Trying to remember how to keybind and make new quickslots.

So, I remember that I can switch weaponry out of combat, but I can't remember how to make more skillbars so I have more slots for changing gear.

How do I make more bars for the allocation of special abilities/items? And how do I make keybinds for a skillbar line?

Any quick walkthroughs would be most appreciated.

Ctrl = will lock/unlock your bars; they must be unlocked to make more. When unlocked, one bar will have an arrow on the left end that points to the upper right. That will add another bar to the UI (max 20). I hope that helps.
