OK I'm sure many of you have seen me complain about this on more than a few occasions over the past 10 years but here we go again

First the Devs proved they could change the base level of a quest when they moved Cabal For One from Lvl 13-14 when they introduced Epic Gianthold so yes it can be done.

The question is...Why hasn't it been done for more quests?

Heck Cabal didn't even need to be moved to Lvl 14 - It was perfectly fine where it was but they moved it to Lvl 14 so it fit in with Madstone, PoP and Tor and people could run it at Lvl 16.

Foundation of Discord is significantly harder than Cabal For One but that's still a Lvl 13 quest!!!

Now with the preamble over here's the quests I'd move up {or down} a level....

Tangleroot Pt 1+2
- Move these two quests from Lvl 3 to Lvl 4 so Lvl 6 players can run these at the same time as Pts 3+4 for full BB XP
There's plenty of Lvl 3 quests right now - 5 more of them since the last update and a VIP will hardcap Lvl 5 before completing them all on a first AND second life!

The Cloven Jaw Scourge Blockade
- Move this up to Lvl 4 for the same reason as the first two quests in Tangleroot

Endgame: The Archbishop's Fate
- Move down to Lvl 3 - There's literally no reason for this to be Lvl 4!

Mystery of Delera's Tomb

- Move up to Lvl 6 - This quest is actually significantly harder than almost any other Lvl 5 quest {attempting to solo it on R1 having easily soloed Ghost of a Chance and Legend of Two Toed Toby on the same difficulty has reminded me of this fact!
There's no reason to make people go to Delera's Graveyard just for this one quest AND there's a tonne of XP in Lvl 5 quests - Heck I just hardcapped Lvl 8 on a 3rd Life character without touching Prove Your Worth, the House K quests, Necro 1 OR Phiarlan Carnival and also without Delera's because I kept dying before the first shrine!

Chamber of Insanity and Lair of Summoning
- F2Pers have a lot of low level quests to gain xp and as you level up the number of quests available to them runs down fast - Let them run these two quests at Lvl 8 for full BB along with Forgotten Caverns and Ruined Halls.
Again there's a tonne of XP in Lvl 5 quests!

Grey Moon Pt1+2
- Just like with Tangleroot Sorrowdusk is silly with the two quests per level annoyance!
- Make the four Grey Moon Quests all Lvl 7.

Tangleroot Pt 9+10
- Drop these to Lvl 6 - Basically you'll just be swapping them with the first two Sorrowdusk quests

Threnal
- Move all Lvl 8 and 9 quests to base Lvl 10!
Lvl 8+9 have a tonne of xp available but unless you own Ravenloft Lvl 10 is very much lacking!

Cult of the Six Pts 5+6
- Move the last two quests in Sorrowdusk down to Lvl 9 - Yes this will reduce the xp at Lvl 10 but will be made up for by the addition of the Lvl 8+9 Threnal quests.
Sorrowdusk Slayer is max lvl 11 so running to the last two quests your slayer and rare xp drops.

Chamber of Rahmat
- Move up to Lvl 11
- I know I've already said Lvl 10 is short of quests but it's frankly ridiculous to have this ONE Sands quest be Lvl 10 when the rest are all Lvl 11+12!

An Offering of Blood and Desert Caravan
- Lvl 11 isn't short of quests, most of which are high xp - Offering of Blood should be the same base lvl as Chains and Wiz King whilst Desert Caravan would also easily fit in at Lvl 12.

Tower of Frost
- Move up to Lvl 15
Who decided this should be placed at Lvl 14? What was the reasoning behind placing it at Lvl 14?

Search and Rescue
- Move up to Lvl 16
This is absolutely NOT a Lvl 15 quest - Not in any way shape or form! Heck even at Base Lvl 16 it will be tougher than pretty much every other quest at the level!
