While there is a warlock update going on, why not make some warlock quality of life improvements and bug fixes! Here are a couple, and an improvement suggestion:

  • There are 5 Eldritch Blast shapes/stances. These take differing amounts of time to activate, two of them very long (an additional second), and cancel if you attempt other actions during this time:
    • Focused (default): 0.2s;
    • Chain: 1.2s;
    • Cone: 1.2s;
    • Enervating Shadow: 0.2s; and
    • Eldritch Aura: 0.2s.

    I like to be able to switch between Chain (which hits multiple enemies, but with reduced damage) and Blast/Shadow (which does more damage to a single target) in mid-combat, depending on the number of enemies I am facing. At the moment, switching from Chain to single target is fine; but switching back to Chain takes too much time, and I frequently have to interrupt it.

    Would you be able to reduce the stance activation time for both Chain and Cone to be the same as the others (Focused, Enervating Shadow, and Eldritch Aura) please?

  • The depravity cost for Mass Confusion is currently incorrect. It should be 4/8/12 depravity as in the tool-tip, but instead it currently costs 5/10/15 depravity. Would you be able to reduce the cost to match the tooltip please?

  • Not a bug, but given the number of monsters in the huge packs that appear in recent quests, and that Cone scales at 130% spell power against large numbers of them; it may be time to also allow Chain to scale at 130% spell power against three of them (the maximum number Chain can hit being three). Or if not 130%, then maybe at least 100% (currently Chain is at 95%, where all other shapes including Cone are at 130%; and with strikethrough, it is now possible for even melee attacks to hit three monsters). Do you think it is time to increase the scaling with spell power of Chain?
