Soul Survivor is expected to reopen soon, but not tomorrow. Tomorrow is only about re-enabling character transfers from the Hardcore server.

Still can't get in, get stuck in launcher during some pre-loads. (at the french logo teleport screen 9 or 10 )
Have been like that all day, except while the servers were down for hot fix

Any reason I keep getting errors trying to log in? It does the download/patch but then says Unknown Error: E_Fail or 0xfffffffff80043038 and just restarts the update.

I have the same issue as this. Something seems to not be working.

Edit: it resolved itself... just had to be patient.

I read somewhere that the error code like 0xfffffff80043038 or that e-file error it has to due with the server being busy or checksum failing. What i want to know is why a hotfix for character transfer requires a map update in the game.

Hardcore is not in the list to transfer from.

The hardcore server has not been added back to the list of transfer servers - can you please fix this so HC transfers can take place
